Who is Kate...

Kate is a Mentor to coaches growing their income through using their genius zone (a fancy way to say she helps them make a bigger income, ethically while using their unique talents and their personality, in the minimum amount of time humanly possible).

Most of the time they are already successful with clients results yet they simply can't 'fit more sessions in'. So they need another few versions of income streams (no not the passive income b.s. that you hear about).
  
How she came to be doing this;
Kate became a personal trainer in 1998. After needing to fix her own back with rehabilitation.

Moving states several times forced her to start over again from scratch over eight times (Nutrition, massage & PT). During which period she was spending a tonne of cash on becoming the best rehab/nutrition/massage therapist/strength and conditioning coach this side of Sydney. (Her original home.)

She got good at starting again, quickly. She's a constant program creator.
Always having a flourishing PT business in the new town within weeks, often hiring multiple contractors quickly. Then starting multiple other projects, like opening a massage clinic or 3. From retreats to online programs, charity events or VIP workshops days plus many speaking and corporate health gigs across short and long term contracts.

She started mentoring groups of other coaches in 2004. Until recently they would sit outside a coffee shop each week for 12 weeks and chat face to face... Then in 2017 she started yelling about this service on the internet. Since 2004 she has helped 1000's of coaches, many of those 1:1 to capitalise on their own unique genius. Today she runs a mastermind VIP group for coaches and has several other projects helping business owners become more profitable.
